Our calisthenics workout classes include beginner fundamentals, intermediate strength, advanced skills, mobility & flexibility and group calisthenics exercises with specialized skills training. 

Most calisthenics exercises sessions are 60 minutes long, with specialized workshops running up to 90 minutes.

To ensure quality instruction, our calisthenics workout classes maintain:

  • Beginner classes: Maximum 12 students
  • Intermediate classes: Maximum 10 students
  • Advanced classes: Maximum 8 students

No, all new members start with fundamental calisthenics exercises regardless of fitness background. This ensures proper form and progression safety.
