How do I join the Indian School of Calisthenics?
Contact us through our registration form, email, or phone number listed above. Our team will guide you through enrollment in our calisthenics workouts and training programs.
What are your operating hours?
Our calisthenics exercises sessions run Monday through Saturday: Morning batch: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Evening batch: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday: Special workshops only (if needed).
What's the minimum age requirement?
Our calisthenics exercises are suitable for individuals aged 15 and above.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes, we offer a complimentary trial calisthenics workout session to help you experience our training methodology and facility.
What should I wear to training?
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes suitable for calisthenics exercises. We recommend bringing a water bottle and small towel.
Do you have different programs for beginners?
Yes, our calisthenics workouts are structured into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. New members start with fundamental exercises regardless of fitness background. Go through out training timetable or consult with a trainer or directly contact us to choose the best program.
What are your membership options?
We offer flexible packages such as monthly membership, quarterly membership, half-yearly membership and annual membership. Contact us directly for current rates and special offers through the above mentioned form or call.
Is personal training available?
Yes, we provide one-on-one calisthenics workout sessions with certified trainers. Contact us for personal training rates and scheduling.
Where are you located?
We have branches in Goregaon and Malad. Each location offers the same high-quality calisthenics exercises and training programs. You can contact us to get trained at either of the location.
